Ordered my bike after researching forever then came in and was not twist throttle as stated. Then front rack that was suppose to be for my bike did not fit. After reaching out they stated it was redesigned (with nothing stating that) so I paid to order a throttle. Still do not have 3 months later and rack they sent a return slip but still no new part. Did they offer anything for this huge mistake, nope. So customer service I would give a true 2 star the bike for the money I would give 4.3 star

The Venom 2.0 is by far my favorite bike to ride on the road along with off the road. I used to ride a pursuit 1.0 an it was always scaring off deer when taking it hunting due to that rear hub but with this one the hub is as they advertise truly silent an I have yet to find anything this bike will not go up when in the right gear.
