1. What shipping carriers do you use?
We use FedEx, USPS, and Local Freight Companies for delivery.
2. Is shipping free for all orders?
Yes, shipping is free for all orders.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery takes 4 to 8 business days.
4. Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order using the tracking number we send once your order is shipped. Track it after 24 hours on the "Track Your Order" page.
6. What happens if no one is home to receive the delivery?
The courier will try to deliver twice. If both attempts fail, you must pick up your parcel from the nearest courier office.
7. Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?
No, once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. You’ll need to wait for delivery and then follow the return process.
8. How do I return an item?
Email us at support@viewmobility.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
9. Can I return used products?
Used products cannot be returned.
