After reaching out they stated it was redesigned (with nothing stating that) so I paid to order a throttle. Still do not have 3 months later and rack they sent a return slip but still no new part. Did they offer anything for this huge mistake, nope. So customer service I would give a true 2 star the bike for the money I would give 4.3 star

I used to ride a pursuit 1.0 an it was always scaring off deer when taking it hunting due to that rear hub but with this one the hub is as they advertise truly silent an I have yet to find anything this bike will not go up when in the right gear.
